Each year we need over 250 volunteers to be the hands and feet of Jesus to those that we serve.

Whether you serve as a table host in Reentry, shopper in the Food Pantry, or on the painting team for Housing, your efforts are helping to change lives – and we know your life will be changed too!

Brookside CDC Housing

Brookside Community Housing serves both families and individuals that are actively involved in either Brookside Community Church or another Brookside CDC program. Program participants will be actively involved in other Brookside outreaches and ministries as well as take part in weekly housing meetings with the Housing Director.

Brookside CDC Reentry

Brookside Community Reentry was created by Brookside Community Church out of a need to serve the high number of individuals that reenter society from the criminal justice system in the 46201 zip code each year. Our mission is to help previously incarcerated men and women overcome barriers to their reentry within the context of Christian community.

Brookside CDC Food Pantry

Volunteering with Brookside CDC's Food Pantry involves assisting with the distribution of food to community members in need. Volunteers help with sorting, organizing, and distributing food items, as well as interacting with members, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment. The goal is to provide consistent access to healthy food while fostering a sense of community and mutual support among participants. Volunteers play a key role in making the pantry run smoothly, ensuring that all members have access to the resources they need.
